Cancellation Policy

•From 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

•From 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

•Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a 100% refund.

A refund processing fee will apply.

Exemption : No additional or cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters or public transportation disruptions.

Late Arrival : If you arrive late, the usage time will start from the original scheduled pickup time.

Flight Delays : In principle, no additional or cancellation fees will be charged in the event of a flight delay.

Exceeding Usage Time / Distance :

For hourly plans, additional charges will apply if the usage time exceeds the scheduled time or if the pre-planned itinerary is extended.

For fixed-fare plans, additional charges will apply if the pre-planned itinerary is extended.

Passenger & Luggage Capacity :

If the number of passengers or the amount of luggage exceeds the recommended capacity of the reserved vehicle, boarding may not be permitted.

In such cases, any additional arrangements required will be at the customers expense.

Unrequested Services :

Requests that were not agreed upon in advance may not be accommodated. In such cases, any additional arrangements required will be at the customer’s expense.
